Fees & Services

We believe in transparent pricing and are committed to clear communication regarding the costs of our services. 

Assessment / Intervention / Consultation Visits

Fees for services are billed at $180/hour

​

The initial assessment consists of:

  • One 60-minute virtual consultation visit (Caregivers only)

    • To review strengths, challenges, routines and concerns​

    • To gather background information and plan for the assessment visit

  • One 60-minute in-person assessment visit 

*Families are provided with an Assessment Summary and Recommended Next Steps letter after the assessment

Ongoing Therapy consists of:

  • Weekly 60-minute, in-person therapy sessions

  • Additional caregiver consultation, as needed 

Travel (for in-home visits)

  • Travel time is NOT INCLUDED in the session fee

  • $35 added for in-home visits

  • NO CHARGE for cancellations with 24-hour notice via phone or email

  • 50% CANCELLATION FEE  applied for appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice

Cancellation Policy

Reports & Documentation

  • Written Assessment report with Recommendations: $200

  • Other reports (1-3 pages): $160

    • and Includes progress reports, discharge reports, or recommendation letters. 

  • Other Forms: $35 and up

Phone/Email Consulation

  • Under 10 minutes: Free

  • Remaining time charged at $180/hour, billed in 15-minute increments

 

Coverage & Funding

  • Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for Occupational Therapy - It's recommended you check with your provider​

  • Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding can be used for AAT-OT services
